• Click “Men/Women/Accessories” dan pick your item choice
• Click your “Colour & Size” choice and then click “Add to Cart”
• Click “Checkout”
STEP 2
• Redeem your “Code Voucher/Gift Card” (if available)
• Fill “Billing Details” with your correct data for fast and correct delivery.
• Double check “Your Order” and pick your payment choice by clicking “Payment Method”
• Click “Place Order”
STEP 3
• After you click Place Order, wait for your order to be in “Order Complete” section and you will receive our account numbers if the bank you use for payment is Bank BCA
• After successful payment, click menu “Payment Confirmation” and fill in as your order.
• Your order will be processed by VBWOLF.

BANK BCA

  1. Between BCA Account
    • Open your BCA Mobile Banking app, register VBWOLF’s account number which is listed on the billing statement.
    • Select the correspondent account listed on the billing statement.
    • Enter transactions amount on the bill.
    • Enter your PIN.
    • Transaction successful, don’t forget to capture and send the transaction proof.
  2. Online Inter Bank
    • Only for other than BCA (Mandiri, BNI, CIMB Niaga, etc ).
    • Open your Mobile Banking app, and you have to register the egister VBWOLF’s account number which is listed on the billing statement.
    • Choose transfer to another bank/online inter bank.
    • Enter the destination bank code and correspondent account listed on the billing statement.
    • Enter transactions amount on the bill.
    • Enter your PIN.
    • Transaction successful, don’t forget to capture and send the transaction proof.

 

ONLINE PAYMENT MIDTRANS 

  1. Debit/Credit Card
    • Input your credit/debit card; credit/debit card number, expiration date, and security code.
    • Make sure the email billing address is correct.
  2. VA ( Virtual Account )
    • Before placing an order, make sure you choose the bank that will be use for payment (ex: Mandiri – Choose Mandiri virtual) because payments via virtual account cannot be transfer from a different bank.
    • Check the payment expiration period at the billing payment.
    • Follow the payment instructions on the billing payment.
    • And don’t forget to screenshot the billing payment.
  3. Gopay ( Disclaimer : Only Purchase from Desktop Device )
    • Open your Gojek or other e-wallet apps.
    • Scan the QR code shown on you monitor.
    • Check your payment details in the app, then tap the Pay button.
    • Enter your PIN.
    • Your transaction is completed.

• Items purchased will be couriered via Reguler J&T, JNE, and SICEPAT standard service within 1×24 hours upon payment transaction.
• For Shipping by J&T, JNE, and SICEPAT, the latest payment must be done before 16.00 WITA. Later payment will be shipped the next day.
• Receipt number will be sent to you within 1×24 hours after successful shipment.

*Unmatched items to the order

  • We will replace items that do not match your order and will guarantee the shipping cost for free.
  • Price tag must be unattached, along with purchase receipt.
  • All items to be exchanged must be returned and received by us before we do the exchange.
  • All items to be exchanged must be returned unworn and clean. We reserves the right to cancel the exchange if returned items is unclean and worn.

*Item with the wrong size

  • Item may be exchanged with maximum 7 days from item is received.
  • Price tag must be unattached, along with purchase receipt.
  • Item may be exchanged with another size while supplies last or with another product with same price range or higher.
  • Shipping cost is on customer.
  • All items to be exchanged must be returned unworn and clean. We reserves the right to cancel the exchange if returned items is unclean and worn.
  • This policy applies only for every offline and online purchase in Indonesia.
  • VBWOLF has the right to asses and make final decision of the returned items prior to offering an exchange.
